Surface Treatment & Polishing

Enhancing durability and achieving a flawless surface finish for supreme clarity.

This combined process applies targeted thermal/surface modifications alongside meticulous polishing. We perform deep hard anodizing on rotary blow molds, and standard vacuum heat treatment for steel preform molds (with optional TiN plating). Finally, manual and diamond polishing techniques are applied to achieve the ultimate surface smoothness.
