Concept & Bottle Design

Engineering & Mold Flow Analysis
Simulating injection and blowing processes to eliminate potential defects.
The 3D models are split into mold components. Simulation software is then used to predict the plastic injection behavior for preforms and the stretching behavior for blow molding.
We precisely match your blow molding machine and injection system parameters. Advanced simulation calculates optimal cooling channels, ensuring uniform wall thickness and eliminating common defects before any steel is cut.




Material Preparation
Sourcing premium certified metals to guarantee extreme durability.
Selecting and cutting raw metal blocks for mold bases, cavities, and cores according to the strict engineering specifications required for both injection and blow molds.
We exclusively use premium S136 stainless steel for preform molds and high-grade 7075 aviation aluminum for blow molds, laying a solid foundation for a technical life of more than 6 million cycles.




CNC Machining
High-speed precision milling for exact dimensional accuracy.
Utilizing multi-axis CNC centers to carve out primary shapes, from complex bottle cavities to highly precise preform hot runner plates and internal cooling channels.
Strict tolerance controls during high-speed milling ensure absolute consistency across multi-cavity preform molds and rotary blow molds, critical for continuous, high-speed PET production lines.




Surface Treatment & Polishing
Enhancing durability and achieving a flawless surface finish for supreme clarity.
This combined process applies targeted thermal/surface modifications alongside meticulous polishing. We perform deep hard anodizing on rotary blow molds, and standard vacuum heat treatment for steel preform molds (with optional TiN plating). Finally, manual and diamond polishing techniques are applied to achieve the ultimate surface smoothness.
Standard vacuum hardening and optional nano-titanium plating ensure preform molds resist extreme pressure and scratching, while mirror-level polishing guarantees supreme PET clarity. For blow molds, hard anodizing drastically upgrades durability, and customized surface polishing ensures the fastest possible bottle drop.




Laser Marking & Encoding
Permanent precision engraving for effortless traceability and maintenance.
Before final assembly, high-precision fiber lasers are used to engrave essential identification details onto individual mold components. Critical data such as nominal capacity, preform weight, cavity numbers, and specific part codes are permanently marked on the metal.
Clear, permanent marking eliminates guesswork during production changeovers or routine maintenance. By precisely engraving specs directly onto the mold components, we guarantee foolproof assembly, easy spare parts tracking, and highly efficient daily operations for your production team.




Assembly & Quality Inspection
Seamless assembly and CMM verification to guarantee zero-defect trials.
Senior technicians assemble all machined components—including cooling channels, sliders, and cores. The fully assembled units then undergo comprehensive inspection using precision measuring tools to verify exact alignment with the 3D blueprints.
