Terms of Service

Jindong Machinery operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) industrial manufacturer. We specialize in high-volume production and custom engineering for industrial clients.

• We do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers.
• All projects are treated as OEM/ODM partnerships requiring technical consultation.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our minimum industrial production feasibility standards.

Due to the bespoke nature of PET blow molds and preform molds:

• Drawing Confirmation: Production begins only after the Client formally approves the technical 2D/3D drawings.
• Modifications: Any design changes requested by the Client after the confirmation of drawings or start of machining will be subject to additional engineering fees and potential delivery delays.
• Accuracy: We manufacture strictly according to the confirmed specifications. The Client is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the mold design with their specific machinery (e.g., Krones, Sidel, Tech-Long, or custom rotary/linear machines).

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific sales contract:

• Deposit: A deposit (typically 30-50% T/T) is required to initiate raw material procurement and tooling.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or upon approval of trial samples (bottles/preforms).
• Lead Time: Estimated lead times commence from the date of deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Unforeseen delays in raw material supply or force majeure are excluded.

We stand by the quality of our S136 Stainless Steel and 7075 Aluminum molds.

• Material Guarantee: We certify that the steel grades used (e.g., S136, HRC48-52) match the quotation specifications.
• Acceptance: Clients may request trial videos or physical samples for verification before shipment. Acceptance is deemed complete upon authorization to ship.
• Warranty Scope: We provide a standard warranty period (typically 1 year or a specific cycle count) covering manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., O-rings, guide pins) or damage caused by improper operation.

We respect the proprietary nature of industrial designs.

• Client Ownership: Any bottle designs, logos, or technical drawings provided by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. We will not share or reuse these for other customers without permission.
• Confidentiality: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for sensitive new product developments.
